The Health Improvement Partnership -Cuyahoga took another step closer to the completion of the Health Improvement Plan for Cuyahoga County at the Strategic Issues Conference on March 21st. At the Fall Conference, it was announced that the Dec 7th quarterly Planning Committee Meeting for Health Improvement Partnership- Cuyahoga will be canceled.  The next meeting will be announced soon. Happy Thanksgiving!
