************CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT*************

The Cuyahoga County Bed Bug Task Force (CCBBTF) invites you to attend the

4th annual Cuyahoga County Bed Bug Educational Conference. The conference will be held on Tuesday, October 29th at the Grace Christian & Missionary Alliance Church,
7393 Pearl Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio, 44130.  Parking is available at no cost. 


The conference registration fee of $15.00 per person includes a lunch and beverage provided by Subway.  Space is also available for conference exhibitors.  Exhibitor Registration information is provided below.  
Conference speakers will provide a wide variety of perspectives and will discuss topics including:
·    Bed Bug Basics – How To Identify, Prevent & Control Them
·    How Second Hand/Consignment Stores Address Bed Bug Concerns
·   Tips For Detecting & Locating Bed Bugs Infestations
·    How The State Fire Marshal’s Office Responds to Hotel Complaints
·    Updates On Recent Bed Bug Research
·    Reasonable Accommodation/Fair Housing Laws
The pre-registration deadline for the conference is Friday, October 25th.  Although limited registration will be available at the door, we urge you to sign up ahead of time. To register on-line for the conference as an individual attendee or as an exhibitor and pay by credit card, please click on the link provided below:
If you can not register on-line, please complete the appropriate Conference Registration Form provided below and send it along with a check for $15.00 to the address provided on the form. If you have any questions, please contact the Cuyahoga County Board of Health at (216)201-2000 ext. 1208 or 1264.  The conference has been approved for 5.5 CEUs for Registered Sanitarians and 2.5 hours of ODA training for pest control operators.

2012 Cuyahoga County Bed Bug Conference - Nov. 15, 2012
The Cuyahoga County Bed Bug Task Force (CCBBTF) would like to thank our exhibitors and approximately 400 attendees for making the 2012 Cuyahoga County Bed Bug Educational Conference a very successful one.  A wide variety of speakers provided a great deal of information and perspectives and likewise responded to many questions and issues posed by audience members.  
The CCBBTF would like to recognize Environmental Health Watch for doing a great job with the conference registration and handling the financial perspectives associated with the conference.
The CCBBTF would also like to thank Chick-fil-A for helping provide a convenient and tasty lunch for all attendees. 
Finally, we would also like to thank the staff of the Grace Christian & Missionary Alliance Church for helping make the conference a success and for providing a perfect venue that created a positive educational experience for all in attendance.
